Brad helped me find my house 5 years ago. After the inspection, we found multiple problems with the house. He helped me work through the inspection negotiations with little worry. I kept in contact with Brad throughout the years. Still remembering my name when I saw him in Sioux Falls. It was an easy decision who I’d use when it was time for a career change! At the sale, Brad helped me find a contractor for a small project making what can be a stressful experience, stress free.
Having Brad on our team for the buying and selling process was easily the best decision we could have made as he is polite, receptive, responsive and respectful. Brad took care if absolutely everything from walking through our home to point out projects we could do to improve the quality/curb appeal to keeping in touch with lenders/other parties realtor to make sure everything is going smoothly. There was a hiccup with our lender who was behind schedule that could have resulted in my family being homeless for 10+ days but Brad had the details ironed out with the bank and the owner of the home we were purchasing before we even knew there was a problem and we were able to move in to our new home early. Brad is simply the best and he will move mountains to make sure you're taken care of properly.

Brad is awesome he has been in the business long enough to have a name for anything you might run into in the buying or selling end of the deal. He takes over and does as much as he can to make the process as simple as possible. I work nights and really had very few disturbances he covered everything and would update me on things once I woke up.

The second time around we worked with Brad for selling and buying, which was a whole other game. With his help and guidance, our house sold the same day it was put on the market. Additionally, he helped line everything up that we needed on our new place. It was chaotic, but he really helped us make sure everything was done. He is so knowledgeable and always gave his honest advice. He is there to help and not just sell.
